Hatha yoga - Inner Axis
All we experience goes through the body. Our body is not a machine.
It has its own intelligence. Emotions like joy, pain, happiness, feeling lost, go through our body. What we push away will fossilize. What we sedate will lose its power and will die.
By practicing hatha yoga and Inner Axis, we turn towards our body. Through breathing we search for the way inwards.
It’s a slow, careful process that helps in a transformation from cold to warm, from hard to strong, from stressed to calm, from tangled to clear, from lost to found.
Depression, sleeplessness, anxiety disappear slowly but surely.
